How to Calculate a Factorial

The factorial of one is one. The factorial of two is two times one, and the factorial of three is three times one. It's always you multiply the number by the factorial before. And so people often talk about factorials in terms of you multiply it by all the numbers smaller counting down. But four factorial is already four times 3 times 2 times 1. So five factorial is actually just five times 4 factorial.
