Jesse Pooji: I believe the idea of stability in corporate America is a complete fallacy. Before Morning Brew, he worked for a year at Morgan Stanley and it was his dream job. He felt crazy to take the leap of faith into entrepreneurship at that point. Jesse says most great founders didn't take leaps of faith. They took things that would more resemble educated steps in their careers.
