How Do You Provide Value to Your Employees?
Mentoring is a relatively short term thing for me. I'm sort of trying to reevaluate every like, six months or still getting a lot of value out of this. And if they're not, then can sort of offer them either to just do it less regularly. Or you can say, ok, well, let's do this odn off when you need it.
