Is Block Based Cloud Based Learning Helping Education?

I don't understand how block basing things helps education because essentially that's what a note take is. In theory, I like the idea of it in theory, but in practice, when I'm using it every day, that's going to do my nut in. Andrew Huberman and Jordan Peterson are from kind of like different worlds. They use pen and paper and they use Microsoft Word or Google Docs. But both of them use writing apps. It just is it functions differently.
