Ozen sends a toy dinosaur and lures Matt outside of the circle. Quinn comes up with the idea to trick Dr. Sullivan into meeting her in the abandoned wing of the hospital. Every hospital has a spooky district. It's full of ghosts, it's full of cobwebs. The last source those are technically not dinosaurs they're marine reptiles. They also fly because they have developed a tech that gives them rocket packs so they can fly around.
