How to Use Story Mapping to Get Everyone on the Same Page
I was first introduced to the user story mapping concept by you in the first place. One thing that stuck with me was especially starting from the back and working from back to front. And I really recommend this when you want to build new features because as Alex said, it forces you to think at the end and you go back. It's more about reminding what is happening to be able to build the whole flow. Story mapping can be also a great way to start visualizing howuser flows works.
