Jimmy Butler's Leap

The Spurs have gotten the most out of their players and like a way that's even beyond the spurs. That was underappreciated by the rest of the NBA when it was guards from European leagues with Tony Parker or Boris Deo. I actually don't think it's repeatable without the team culture, the coaching staff, the training staff and their development plan. Like, has anybody ever taken a leap like Jimmy Butler has at this point in his career?
