How to Lead a Church That Is Not Content to Exist Without Broken People

Leading a church is really hard. There are times where I'm like, Lord, I should not be the lead pastor. And that's my own insecurities just like my ego or my pride can get in the way of things so can my distrust of God's calling in my life. Every once in a while, the Lord will send me something that's such a gift in a moment that it was desperately needed.
