Can Animal Protein and Fat Cause Cancer?

When you cook the meat on high heat, grilling, you're creating heterosyclic amens, those are acancerous compounds. And then when you cook the fat, it produces polysyclic aromatic hydrocarbon s, which are also cancerous compounds. Both of those types of compounds are produced when you're cooking meat. So again, so not only is there certain kinds of meat, certain types of meat can cause cancer and animal protein and fat can contribute to cancer growth.
