You've got to do a lot of role play practice with the five secrets both to get over your anxiety as well as to develop a tremendous level of skill. There's really two dialogues going on simultaneously, what you're telling yourself and the dialogue with the other person. And give her your anger because when somebody triggers you, you get angry and that's not a good place to say, I care about you so much.
