Is There a Market Elasticity?

I would broadly like to, you know, be nice to more people. But with the sort of vegetarianism stuff, I just have the sense that like, fine, I could like privately be not eating meat, but it won't really make a difference. It's partly that you don't think the markets are elastic enough for your buying. And look, if you start doing this and some of your friends will do it, maybe like over the course of your life, a hundred people might be vegetarian, who otherwise wouldn't have been. Maybe that does make its hand when back.
