Sense the Difference Between Left Foot and Right Foot on the Floor

Move your left hand to the right and only follow it with your eyes, but leave your head in the middle. Notice you go a little bit farther with less effort. Sense the difference between your left foot and your right foot on the floor. Does one feel heavier or more prominent? Now simply turn to the left, and notice how you turn to theleft and come back to the middle. And now, from the middle, turn to the right.
