Three Things You Can Do to Improve Your Health

Getting the sunlight early on is important for your sleep at night. So in the morning, get up, go for a morning walk. What I've started to do is I will go for a walk and then I'll come back and I will take my dog out. He so loves that I'm more interested in getting the morning light because he doesn't really need walking. There are so many ways to use movement, walking, running, biking, swimming, kickboxing,. playing sports, tennis, volleyball, soccer, dancing. Then there's pilates and yoga and stretching. And then doing some resistance training too.
