Admiral McRaeven talks about ten lessons that he learned during his time as a Navy Seal going through Bud's training. His favorite lesson of the ten is around what he calls the sugar cookie. He says no matter how well you prepare or perform, sometimes you're going to end up a sugar cookie. And it's such a powerful concept.
