Forging Moderity: A History of the Industrial Revolution

Forging Moderity by Martin Espernaki is out now. It tells the story of Britain's industrial revolution and how it came to be known as the Industrial Age. Ben Espernaki asks Martin about his own experiences in financial journalism. He also discusses some of the ideas that he has heard from people like John Law, Cardinal Richelieu and Thomas Newkleman. The full interview will appear on BBC1 at 10pm today.
