In 18 10, while de gare was still working for prevost, he married the 20 year old louise georgina arrowsmith. When louise's brother had a child out of wedlock, the de gars raised her as their own daughter. In 18 21, he partnered with an old friend and colleague who had worked as an assistant to pierre prevost at the same time that de gar had. That was a man named charles marie buton. And the two men had a plan to launch a new entertainment venture that built on their knowledge of panorama painting.
