I think the issue for me is that the four day working week sets a minimum, and then you can work over time if you want. The key thing is that you have the choice. You're not forced to do a five day working week. I donot conine if they're working seven days, a five day work week is already, you know, it's hardy constraint on them. Being a small business owner may mean that you o, you do have to trade away some flexibility because you just have to sot, satisfy your customers will find you nisan. Any other thoughts?
