Why Are You So Hard on Yourself?

One of the reasons that we are so hard on ourselves is because we have allowed projected thoughts to become our meditations. We know that over thinking is a mental bully, isn't it? Over thinking causes for us to be ascribed to the channel of our own criticism and what they think about us. And i believe what wants to use this session on to night to do is to move our thought life. Move our thought life from thinking thoughts of condemnation, thinking thoughts of guilt,thinking thoughts of perfectionism,. Thinking thoughts of wanting it to be perfect, thinking Thoughts of shame.
