What Do Your Guided Notes Look Like?
Zack: "I did not have guided notes tat am. And i always tell implementors and new teachers who are starting out inplementing model, is that guided notes for me don't work" He says he used to teach students of the p with five o fours or merchant multi linguals - a pretty diverse group of students. But they would spend 30 minutes trying to do their guided notes instead of focusing on what was being taught. Zac's advice? Get to know them as a human being so you can make them feel heard and valued.
