There is definitely something to just putting weight on and mass moves mass right Yeah, I mean like you it's something that I'm kind of moving back and forth on. As an early intermediate kind of end of my novice stages I was stuck at like 170 maybe like 180 pound bench press for like five reps or so,. Then I did this dirty bulk and really quickly I went up to like 200 pounds or 90 kilos for sets of five. And as I dieted back down I definitely lost some of that strength gain, but it never went back to where it was before.
