There Really Is No Perfect Life

I think the concept of trying to have it all, and the myth of that is so extraordinarily damaging. There really is no perfect day. We just need to accept that life will move as it will move. It's almost irrelevant in certain ways what you're doing on any given day. You don't necessarily need to change your life externally in a way i think it would be good for our mental health if we could let go of expectations around there.
