Some studies suggest that with Parkinson's, as you get into the four or five or more cups a day it might have a protective effect. Salt is generally a good thing, right? Like sugar is too much salt or too much sugar became a bad thing. But yeah, in general, people eat too much sugar and too much salt, especially in the United States.
