I think that any change requires a level of, as you describe the entrepreneurs risk-taking and that's true from the capital side as well. If I were to think about a company that seems like it capitalized on a lot of the things that we didn't prepare for this? Allodate is one I look at pretty closely today. The thing I look at with that company the most is how much of a long-term view you had to have to start that company and continue to invest in that company. It would happen over a very, very long timeframe of saving money for the Medicare program.
