Why Are We So Scared of Learning How to Sscapeboard?

Why do we find it hard to put ourselves out there? We're worried that what we have to say doesn't have any value. A lot of this school package of or, you know, people re gong o, judge me for doing this. But i think we're defty past that. Like now, i would be more happy than before to get a whip out of camera and and vlog in public - even though the fear is still there.
