How to Increase Your Cadence and Ground Contact Time

The difference can be so large because swimming is such a technical sport. But here we can do it with leg-spring stiffness, which for anybody not familiar, you can find it in your stride power center. That's kind of my own tell when I run is my, my stride length will shorten. And so the only way to maintain the same speed for this example was to increase my cadence.
