Sheeran - Is There a Promotion System for Monsters?

The Kingie is the only monster in Sheeran that actually goes out and tries to kill other monsters. When a monster does get promoted, it levels up whether or not you know about it. Monsters all belong to monster families - they use the same spray with a recolor almost always. You can probably go on about the items. Yeah. I've got a good list of interesting items here actually.
