The Mystery of Presence
You can start fresh in any moment. If you notice you've been off in a thinking trance, relaxing back. Notice the difference between being inside a thought and this vividness of being right here. How part of closing this meditation. I'll share the poem from the poet, Denefalds. It only takes a reminder to breathe a moment to be still. And just like that, something settles, softens, makes space for imperfection. The harsh voice of judgment drops to a whisper. We can remember again that life isn't a relay race,. That waking up to life is what we were born for.
