Gender Feedback

Sally Kohn: When it comes to feedback for our work, the first question we have to ask ourselves is if it's even about my work? She says when men get this kind of feedback they are stunned and their male counterparts don't. Kohn: We need to be smart enough to take that 20% and bring it in and let it make us better.
