A, back in the day, when i was still a competitive wrestler and football player, i would run a lot. I could usually keep my average mile time under like six minutes. The big thing i'm doing right now is a, i feel very comfortable saying that i'm a worse swimmer than you,. cause i probably would have needed rescue if i'd tried to do even a sprint tri athelon.I don't think i'd finish the swim back stroke.
