I certainly believe ta small country can't be protectionist for reasons that are obvious,. ecause it hasn't got the internal market to generate the competition. And therefore, i ask myself, if we were to move into a world where the worlds hade broken down into safe, five essentially separate economic blocks, would that be a problem?
