The Idea Behind the Business

Toto got the idea for his business after getting pulled over by a police officer. Toto's tailor gave him an address where he could get one of their slim fit shirts. The shirt is so tight that there are gaps between the buttons, and it looks like they're busting out at the chest. He wanted to make men look good in this kind of uniform.
