The Pros and Cons of Niche Down
The niche question is the most common question I get. The pros of Neshing down are clear. You have a good chance of getting people's attention with focused messaging and narrow channels. Most people aren't ready to make any sort of long commitment to a niche. If you choose the wrong niche you might spend all your time on something that can't scale. There's no guarantee that serving a niche will translate into something a broader audience likes as well.
