If you can stick it out, if you can not get burned out, and if you can make sure you protect yourselves, you're not working at a pace that means you're going to leave in a year. In three years time, a lot will open up. I think so for grop hug, you have to be committed to a long term journey. So we do require for anyone in our gro pug programme that it is their full time job and that they're all in on it. What i would like to see though is, i would love to see a world where people can be hobbyists in web Three. I don't think that's really sense right now.
