Agile on TikTok?

The demographic of people on TikTok is such that like they aren't yet thinking about software process. I just thought it was an interesting process. It seems like agile has gone the way of waterfall a little bit, which is that like it's been like turned into a straw man version of itself for the principles of then diluted by consultants because to reach the masses, it needs to be digestible.
