The Lakers Win the Trade and Make More Noise
The Lakers won a title with the Anthony Davis trade. The Pelicans can tell themselves and it should make them feel a little better, I guess. Everything still does start with Anthony Davis, even if he is great or not great. If you leave him on an island there's no way to get over the top of the screen after time out. And that super high level of defensive play is something we've reached a few times.
