What Is the Author Saying to Me?

critical thinking involves figuring out what's going on in the other end. It is an exercise in how do i how ies the author? What is what is going on? What made that writer? What is the message? What are they trying to say, how are they try to manipulate me? You know, in the book te i have a couple of examples where we thought the author cheated. And whether or not you decide to agree or disagree with the author, you should be aware of what the author is trying to say. This echoes what adam andrews said in the second part of this interview.
