Vancio: I find fascinating in Honsie's critique of the concept of government, when he says all government is an oligarchy. In fact, you have a coincidence between what Sherman will call a principle and what Honsie or Foucault will call government. And so you have this very radical critique of governmentality of government on the basis of radical equality. But at the same time, this non-governmentality can only emerge at very rare moments and perhaps won't ever appear. This is strange. The anarchism is coupled with a fundamental risk.
