The Importance of Having a Water Cooler Meeting

Steve, Kaleen and Matt share their thoughts on the importance of having a water cooler meeting. Steve: Having no agenda is important for brainstorming but also giving people creative space to throw ideas out there. The last few companies I worked at where they had very flexible work from home options were affected by this lack of an agenda. But now that the world is opening up more globally, we're starting to think about having these meetings in person as much as possible.
