Is There a Difference Between Real Food and Processed Food?

A recent study publishedin the journal food and nutrition research set out to find if there is a difference in the amount of calories we absorb and burn or expend based on whether or not we're eating real foods. The researchers gave test subjects sandwiches that were more minimly processed than ones with white bread, for example. And they also used cheese product instead of chedter cheese, or what would be equivalent to craft singlesk. All right? Because if you look at the ingredients, it's a list.
