I think if you go through the whole question with Adam, he's answered his own question at the end to sort of say, probably not a good idea right guys. From a cash flow point of view I'm going to be really stretch. So we see where basically interest rates are going to level out. And that should be the catalyst because we wouldn't be recommending as conservative advisors that Adam would grab number four just yet. It's a great sand pit to actually see how long your money is going to last you and I think if Adam was to jump in there for his future repayments in there he's going to go wall. We've tweaked it to basically money stretch 2.0
