How I Learned to Be More Effective in Grad School

I would describe myself as the hardest working least efficient student there was in college. I really didn't get into learning about ADHD until towards the very end of college. My first book on ADHD was one of Hallouell's books and it's one of those things where oh you're reading about something that basically written about you so then I really dug in and tried to increase my self awareness and develop strategies.
