The business went through bankruptcy. Why did it scare the other searcher then and it didn't scare you just kind of prejudice like if a business had like a bankruptcy. That's really I couldn't get a clear answer that I know it's a bankruptcy into my view. And it was a it was a perfectly kind of a perfectly human story as to what happened. You know so it didn't it didn't kind of suggest any fragility in the business.
