Being happy does not mean that you don't feel human things. It means you honor and respect the aspect of your being as human, and it has a humanness. As we relax and let go in real time, our consciousness includes or recognizes more. You'd mentioned just the external experiences, like once we let go, as well, our consciousness notices more beauty. If we're in a disturbance, we're usually missing that because we have an external frame. And so would you say that that's part of, really that's the mindfulness?
