Pamela Steiner: I wanted the way that the graphic used to be. It was far more linear. And people got the wrong idea. We need teachers to know this progression, how to help them develop and become more sophisticated in the levels of reasoning. The word development sort of connotates that we can all do it. Everybody develops. Now we can all develop mathematically.
