I've been in tech for seven years I've had five different jobs. Each job was different right one of them just became like I would tell them that I was burnt out like my manager but they wouldn't listen. So work back work life balance over salary and you're talking about the stresses and you know normal nine to five job you don't want to bring stress home even though you work from home. Even if it's a larger company it still has like a startup culture where you just have to get a lot of shit done is that what it is too much work? It's yeah it's different across every company"
