So work back work life balance over salary and you're talking about the stresses and you know normal nine to five job you don't want to bring stress home even though you work from home right you bring it home by just you think about it so I are you more focusing on maybe like they even if it's a larger company it still has like a startup culture where you just have to get a lot of shit done is that what it is too much

work. It's yeah it's different across every company I mean I'm one of those engineers that bounced around a lot so I've had like

a lot of jobs in the last five years. I've been in tech for seven years I've had five different jobs. Yeah, same

I'm like the same way so I mean each job was different right one of them just became like I would tell them that I was burnt out like my manager but they wouldn't listen they would say like we just have to work more basically you have to pair with me more and sit on more calls and that was right when the pandemic was starting. So that was when everyone's mental health was bad too. So that was like a really bad like match and then I worked at a square and square they kind of juked me they said you're gonna do JavaScript, TypeScript, all this cool stuff spelt and then it ended up being a Ruby on Rails app so then I was just going to do it like I don't care about Ruby so I had to like learn Ruby do all that and that was just frustrating and then I was on a project that I wanted to like kind of lead but then they got someone else to lead it instead. I was like well you know so square was fine though I was like fine with just chilling there and then a company came out and they're like you should be a dev advocate here and I joined them and then they did layoffs so then I was

only there for like three months and then.
