Is There a Moral Mandatory to Be Feminine?

Is there really any more teaching in the bible about being more masculine or more feminine with some specific characteristics? It seems it's been a cultural teaching of men being more dominant if they really want to be godly. There is, as far as i can tell, is no moral mandate to be feminine or masculine. We are all to andridzoma, the verb in first corinthians 16, sometimes translated, act like men.
