Is There a Need for Targets?

I was very dismissive of challenges. I genuinely believed that if I make a great product, that people will pay for it. There is no need for targets, guys. Just make sure we have enough supply. That was what I genuinely thought getting out of the gates. It was humbling in multiple ways. And you kind of still ask, fuck, the world doesn't really revolve around you. You learn very quickly from them. But there are other challenges around talent. The skills you index on basis your baggage is a differentiator between consulting and startup work. In our case as a consultant versus what are skills that are actually relevant in the startup world.
