Can We Send Nuclear Waste Into the Sun?

Last year the world launched about five or 600 rockets into space. About 70 or 80 of them were reusable rockets from Elon Musk. Rocket launchers are getting cheaper, it would be possible to send them into the sun. It is three times as much energy needed to send nuclear waste there than to Mars. We have not successfully remediated a single nuclear power station ever built.
