What Is the New Commandment in the Old Testament?
In the sermon on the mount, jesus talks about specific commandments in the old testament and then says, you know what, though, this is the real heart behind it. And so here in the upper room, we see jesus saying, here's the new commandment. Here's the new thing i want you to focus on, and that's loving, loving god, loving others,. But specifically loving others because of the way that i have loved you.
