I don't want people to get the misimpression that the only cases that supervisors and bosses care about in offices are when the potential target or defendant is famous or powerful. There's lots of other reasons why cases can be important. Even a US attorney or an attorney general of a state spends 95% of their attention on the regular cases, whether it's a powerful terrorist, drug lord, whatever. So I think the truth of the matter is you do require a little bit more certainty, a little bit better quality proof before pulling the trigger on a high profile or politically connected offender.
